We hold the keys. We take the call. So nobody on your staff has to.
A response service to intruder alarms, in accordance with British Standards and Codes of Practice.
Your keys are tagged and stored in a secure safe, and an officer with them attends when the alarm goes.
Our response officer will
- IInspect the premises inside and out.
- IILiaise with the Police and other emergency services if required.
- IIIOrganise a remote alarm re-set, or call out your alarm company's engineer.
- IVRemain on site until the alarm system is re-activated or the customer key holder arrives.
- VOrganise emergency repairs to make the property secure, with prior written authority.
